What data we process
If you join the waitlist: your email, the Shopify store you enter (optional), your legal form, your order volume, how you invoice today, the page language and, if you arrive from an ad, the campaign (utm) parameters in the link. Like any web server, we also record your IP address, the page requested and your browser in the server's technical logs.
Why
To tell you when early access opens and to understand which kinds of stores are interested. Server logs are used only to keep the site secure and fix errors. We do not send advertising or make automated decisions about you.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time. For server logs, our legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
Waitlist data until launch or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Server logs are deleted after 30 days at most.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless the law requires it. The site and the data are hosted on a Hetzner Online GmbH server in Helsinki (Finland), acting as data processor. The data does not leave the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to vicmiclovich@gmail.com or replying to any email from us. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
If you do not give us the data
Giving it is voluntary. Without an email we cannot tell you about early access.
